The Safe Track S5 is installed within your vehicle by one of our engineers who are also governed by the Thatcham Recognised Installer Scheme, ensuring a high quality of install. The system is centred around the supplied Automatic Driver Recognition (ADR) Tags, each time you enter the vehicle the ADR tag is automatically recognised by the Safe Track S5 device and therefore disables the device. You will not be required to have any direct involvement with the Safe Track S5 Tracker, the pairing takes place automatically, via Bluetooth as you approach the vehicle.
Should the ADR tag not be present on the starting of the engine, the Safe Track S5 tracking device alerts the control room to the unidentified driver, at this point the owner is immediately contacted by the Control Room staff to confirm if the vehicle is safe and its status. Upon receiving any alerts from the Movement Sensor, Voltage Sensor or GPS and GSM Status the Safe Track S5 will evaluate these and send the appropriate alert to the 24-hour control center who will then again, contact you to clarify the location and status of your vehicle.
On completion of the installation our engineer will give you a full rundown of how the system works and answer any final questions you may have.

The Safe Track S5 is perfectly compatible with our Safe Track Asset tracking system and therefore allows users of both systems to display all their vehicles in the one account or app. Perfect for fleets of all sizes.
The Safe Track S5 mobile app is the most feature packed app of all S5 systems. The app allows you to remotely access and manage security, safety and convenience features including:
Smartphone Tag - This mean there is no ADR (Driver ID Tag) to carry, simply use your mobile phones Bluetooth to disable the tracking system. This feature can be setup as and when you want to, from within the app.
As with all Insurance & Thatcham Approved S5 tracking systems a subscription payment is required for insurance approval and generation of the vehicles Installation Certificate. Subscription costs are detailed in the above drop down menu.
Payment for subscriptions can be made at the time of booking your installation with our office or via the Smartphone app, after installation if you prefer. Details of the app will be sent to you via email prior to the installation. Following payment, your vehicles position will update on the app after the first cycle of the vehicle ignition.
Once a subscription payment is made your official certificate of installation can be accessed in your account and downloaded for your insurer.
